EGR Cooler Delete Kit

This kit allows removes the EGR Cooler from the truck.  Coolant flow is directed through the included pipe to maintain proper flow.  Exhaust gas is kept where it should be, driving the turbo.  A 20-30 degree drop in coolant temperature was common on our test trucks.  On certain trucks this modification may set a check engine light, our custom tuner can eliminate this condition.

Includes:  Coolant Redirect Pipe, EGR Valve Blocker Plate, EGR Cooler to Intake Blocker Plate, and New Up-Pipe with all hardware.

EGR Cooler Delete Kit Without Pipe

This kit is the same as 60EGRD above, except it does not include an exhaust up-pipe.  This option is best for customers who already have an up-pipe to block EGR, or would like to fabricate their own.  An EGR Blocker Plate is included for customers with 03-04 trucks so they can weld in place.

EGR Cooler Block off Plate

This is a simple block-off plate that fits inside the exhaust up-pipe.    

Eliminates the heat-flashing of the coolant by stopping exhaust flow from entering the EGR cooler.  This install usually requires removing or loosening clamp at the turbo to install.  The end result is disguised and only discovered upon disassembly, excellent for trucks that need to maintain a factory appearance.  On certain trucks this modification may set a check engine light, our custom tuner can eliminate this condition.  This plate is best for 2003 and 2004 trucks that do not have the 'scoop' in the up-pipe as shown below and we do not recommend this "plate only" for 2005-07 model years.  

NOTE:  Due to trouble shipping an individual blocker plate, we will only ship them via a UPS Envelope (2nd Day Air).  The shipping and handling cost is $25.00 and the blocker plate is $10.00 which combined is the $35.00.  If a blocker plate is ordered with other parts then the price is $10.00 and shipping will be calculated based on the other part.

Up-pipe with Blocked off EGR (Sneaky Pipe)

Want to block off the EGR on a 2005 and newer truck that has the restrictive scoop shown below?  Here is a replacement up-pipe that does not have the restrictive scoop, so you can use the included block-off plate.  This maintains the factory appearance of your original pipe.  Pipe comes with genuine Ford hardware: 4 new fasteners, nuts, and gasket as well as our block off plate.  On certain trucks this modification may set a check engine light, our custom tuner can eliminate this condition.

Up-pipe with EGR pipe Delete

This is a replacement up-pipe that no longer has the exhaust pipe extension to allow exhaust flow into the EGR cooler.  This modification also removes the restrictive scoop found inside most up-pipes on 2005 and newer trucks.  This works the same as the EGR plate but improves performance by removing restriction in the exhaust.  Pipe comes with genuine Ford hardware: 4 new fasteners, nuts, and gasket.  This pipe gives the best flow of the three EGR blocking options.  On certain trucks this modification may set a check engine light, our custom tuner can eliminate this condition.
